We have collaborated with ACE, the Association for Cultural Enterprises, on numerous occasions. Most recently, Duncan used his Museum & Gallery Catering Consultancy experience to deliver a Masterclass to industry insiders at the National Theatre entitled ‘Understanding Catering Operations within Cultural Organisations’.
