The Light Cinema Group engaged Tonic London to create and deliver a bespoke food and beverage concept from idea to final delivery. The project was to deliver a concept that could be rolled out across the cinema portfolio and be confidently managed by the Light Cinema team.

The project brief encompassed business planning, branding, kitchen design, food and drink product and menu development, hands-on training and ultimately, overseeing the Food and Beverage operations launch.

The result was the development of a brand celebrating British cinema dining. Delivering an indulgent food menu, championing British provenance and supply chain integrity. Whilst creating a drinks menu inclusive of independent producers: offering English teas, London roasted coffee and affordable bespoke cocktails.
