As Europe’s most successful shopping destination, Bicester requires a diverse landscape of tenants. We have worked closely in the procurement and lease negotiation of a varied tenant mix, including: The Soho House Group, Corbin & King, Itsu, Pret a Manger, and numerous other prominent brands.

In addition to fixed sites restaurants we have assisted Bicester in the development of a vibrant pop up food scene at the village, transforming its Food & Beverage landscape.
