Following Hull Truck Theatre’s decision to seek a new operator for their Bar and Restaurant, Tonic were appointed as Hospitality Consultants to undertake the associated Catering Tender and contract negotiations.

We sourced potential operators, developed a bespoke Tender package, and supported the Hull Truck team through the shortlisting and interviewing phases. 

On appointment of a new catering partner for the Theatre, we supported the Team with the contract negotiations and consultation on TUPE regulations. Additionally, we developed and implemented a timeline for the physical mobilization of each of the parties involved.
