ACE – Masterclasses and Academy Courses

We have collaborated with ACE, the Association for Cultural Enterprises, on numerous occasions including the delivery of a Masterclass to industry insiders titled ‘Understanding Catering Operations within Cultural Organisations’. At recent ACE conferences, we presented interactive sessions, Understanding Catering Finances, supported by a blog on the ACE website.

We have also produced online courses, for The Academy, the online learning and training resource for ACE members, aimed to expand the knowledge in key areas of cultural enterprises. The courses are: Catering Models and Catering Finances
