Tonic were originally appointed by Harris Distillery during the project development stage as Catering Consultants within the distillery, offering restaurant design advice. Following the hugely successful launch of the distillery, Tonic returned to review the Catering services and help the local team take their restaurant operations to the next level. We compiled a set of operational recommendations which the Harris team adopted, immediately resulting in record sales in the 2019 summer season.
