Hull Truck Theatre

Following Hull Truck’s decision to seek a new operator for their Bar and Restaurant, Tonic were appointed as Hospitality Consultants to undertake the task of securing a new Catering partner for the theatre. We sourced potential operators, developed a bespoke Catering Tender package and supported the Hull Truck team through the shortlisting and interviewing phases. On appointment of a new catering partner for the Theatre, we supported the Team with the contract negotiations and mobilisation phase.
