Tonic was formed from a group of experienced professionals who worked previously at Tate. As the UK’s largest in-house Restaurant business in world class Galleries across the UK, this provided a formative setting for the skills of Tonics team. Our passion and commitment for Tate continued with Duncan now sitting as a Board member of Tate Enterprises for 7 years until 2022.
