Case Study
Tonic, in partnership with Counterculture, were engaged by The Skinners company, one of the Great Twelve livery companies of London. The Skinners were considering a significant investment programme in their flagship building.
Consequently, we created a comprehensive business plan for the project. We focused on significant financial analysis of their events business and a detailed commercial appraisal, in line with various financial planning project options.
Duncan Ackery is a founding partner of Sessions Art Club, in Farringdon London. For the business we developed a fully integrated financial model from construction through mobilisation to a complete trading platform. The business opened to critical acclaim and is a landmark London Restaurant.
