Tonic were appointed by Arts Council of Wales as part of their Resilience Programme to offer commercial support and advice to cultural institutions across the country.  This includes business reviews and developing strategies to maximise commercial performance, Recommendations included branding and design advice, product, staffing and service development and the sourcing of new Catering Partners.
