Tonic were appointed by the British Library as Catering Consultants to review and advise on the future of the Catering at their landmark institution. To manage this effectively, we undertook an all-encompassing review and Financial Analysis of the existing facilities and their historic performance. We then conducted a workshop with the BL Senior Team, outlining options for the development of the catering operations. These restaurant operations included working within the existing footprint and as part of future any development project of the Library.
