Tonic were appointed by the British Library to review and advise on the future of the Catering at this landmark institution. We undertook an all-encompassing operational & financial review of the existing facilities, analysing their historic performance. We subsequently conducted a workshop with the BL Senior Team, reviewing and discussing the options for the future development of the catering operations.
