Tonic were engaged by Corinthia London ahead of the opening of its flagship hotel on the Embankment, to create the F&B vision for the Hotel. We were engaged to develop the food and beverage strategy, working closely with the design team to achieve efficient restaurant operations with stunning guest experiences.
