Case Study

Tonic were appointed by the National Gallery to help with a number of projects since 2021.

Firstly was the sourcing of a new Catering Partner for the east-wing of the Gallery.  Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Tonic secured Muriel’s Kitchen who have been trading successfully at the gallery since 2022. 

Tonic then went onto secure a new Catering Partner for the Gallery’s Staff facility and again, provided support during the mobilisation of the contract.

We were then appointed to support the Gallery during the NG200 project in the Sainsbury Wing.  Our work includes being part of the design team, informing the designs of a new Espresso Bar, Restaurant and Retail zone and a new stand alone Members’ facility.
